PFT Health & Welfare Fund
Administers PFT member benefit programs. H&W coordinators provide information about dental, vision, long-term disability, and prescription drug plans, and assist members with Worker's Compensation, retirement planning, medical coverage, and professional development.
PFT Legal Services Fund
Provides free and reduced-cost legal services for members and their families — legal advice, court representation, wills, and home-purchase assistance. A coordinator can speak at chapter meetings and provide information about the plan.
Get Involved!
The PFT maintains a number of committees linking professionals in the 10 bargaining units. Committees meet at different times throughout the school year to discuss issues of mutual concern, hear guest speakers, and exchange ideas. Visit the PFT Events page for a schedule of meetings.
